To change your email or phone number, simply log into your app, go to “my account” then select your changes and click “save”.

Payout period is from Thursday the previous week to Wednesday. Look in your app menu and click on “Past Service Request” and view the payout for jobs in this period.” If something was missed, please contact our office at 775.461.0906.

On the app, go to your dashboard and your jobs will be listed in order under “upcoming Service Request”. You can also look in the video library under Contractor Help Videos listed on this page.
Direct deposit is the only option SL8 offers for pay. Contractors are paid weekly (Thursday through Wednesday) directly deposited on Fridays.
Yes, as a contractor, you have your own business and SL8 is merely an intermediary between potential customers and your business. On the app, simply hit the “Decline” option when a job is offered to you.
All instructions are listed on the app. Select the menu options, then select “Active Request Details” then select the job you are inquiring about.
