How do I update my information?

To change your email or phone number, simply log into your app, go to “my account” then select your changes and click “save”.

To change your banking information, please select “Contractor Forms” on this page and select “ Bank Account Form” fill it out, email it to admin@ezmaids.com

How does this work?

SL8 sends availability request when jobs come in. We do the marketing and admin part so you don’t waste time with billing and marketing cost. The request are actual jobs, not leads like so many companies try to sell you. You get paid your rate, we don’t take anything away from your pay.

How do I sign up?

Download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone. Search for “SL8 Tech”. You will need a drivers license and a bank account for deposits.

How do I see my scheduled jobs?

On the app, go to your dashboard and your jobs will be listed in order under “upcoming Service Request”. You can also look in the video library under Contractor Help Videos listed on this page.

How do I get paid?

Direct deposit is the only option SL8 offers for pay. Venmo & Zelle are available during the grace period.

How do I see instructions on accessing and servicing a property?

All instructions are listed on the app. Select the menu options, then select “Active Request Details” then select the job you are inquiring about.
